Enjoy traditional Yum Cha at home, ideal as finger food, appetiser or snack. Versatile in re-heating, can be steamed, microwaved, oven-cooked, deep or shallow fried.

Ingredients

Cabbage (31%), Beef (25%), Wheat Flour, Wheat Starch, Water, Potato Starch, Soya Sauce, Sugar, Onion, Flavour Enhancer (621), Salt, Sesame Oil, Gluten, Pepper.

 

Usage & Storage

Store at or below minus 18 degrees centigrade. Do not re-freeze after thawing.

 

Cooking Information

Cooking appliance temperature/power may vary. Please observe and adjust temperature and heating time accordingly.

Steaming – Steam Mini Dim Sims in steamer for 10 minutes. Allow to stand 2 minutes before serving.
Oven – Preheat oven to 200°C. Heat Mini Dim Sims for 15-20 minutes. Allow to stand 2 minutes before serving.
Microwave – Place Mini Dim Sims onto a shallow plate. Heat on high power for 2-5 minutes depending on the number of pieces. Allow to stand 2 minutes before serving.
Frying – Preheat the frying oil to 160°C. Fry Mini Dim Sims for 5 minutes until surface is golden brown. Allow to stand 2 minutes before serving.
