Cocktail Spring Roll

 

Small authentic crispy pastry wrapped rolls with vegetable filling cooked with asian flavour.

Products are pre fried for simple oven heating.

Ideal finger food for entertaining, snacking or as appetisers for a special occasion. These products are available in a number of pack sizes to suit all requirements.

Pack sizes available: 12 pieces per 200g pack, 30 pieces per 510g pack and 60 pieces in the bulk 1kg pack.

Ingredients

Vegetables 46% (Cabbage, Green Bean, Carrot, Mushroom, Spring Onion), Wheat flour, Water, Vermicelli, Textured Soy Protein, Sesame oil, Salt, Sugar, Ginger, Pepper.

 

Usage & Storage

Store at or below minus 18 degrees centigrade. Do not re-freeze after thawing.

 

Cooking Information

Cooking appliance temperature/power may vary. Please observe and adjust temperature and heating time accordingly.
Oven – Preheat oven to 200°C. Heat Cocktail Spring Rolls for 10-15 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Frying – Preheat the frying oil to 160°C. Fry Cocktail Spring Rolls for 5-10 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
