Ingredients

Mini Dim Sim:

Pastry (34.6%) [Wheat Flour, Salt, Water, Natural Pigment], Fish Paste (23.4%), Ornament of Prawn (11.0%), Prawn Meat (8.9%), Water Chestnut, Onion, Palm Oil, Tapioca Starch, Edible Fungus, Corn Starch, Spring Onion, Cabbage, Sugar, Sesame Oil, Flavour Enhancer (631, 627), Salt, Rice Wine (Water, Rice, Wheat).

 

Spring Roll:

Pastry (35%) [Wheat Flour, Salt, Water, Palm Oil], Prawn Meat (8.3%), Cabbage, Water, Onion, Mushroom, Potato Paste, Sugar, Palm Oil, Flavour Enhancer (631,627), Salt, White Pepper Powder.

 

Sesame Prawn:

Bread (50%), Fish Paste (25.3%), Sesame (12.9%), Prawn Meat (5.9%), Onion, Palm Oil, Sugar, Rice Wine (Water, Rice, Wheat), Sesame Oil, Salt, White Pepper Powder.

 

 

Usage & Storage

Store at or below minus 18 degrees centigrade. Do not re-freeze after thawing.

 

Cooking Information

Cooking appliance temperature/power may vary. Please observe and adjust temperature and heating time accordingly.
Steaming – (Mini Dim Sim only): Steam Mini Dim Sims in steamer for 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Oven – Preheat oven to 200°C. Heat the products for 10-20 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Frying – Preheat the frying oil to 160°C. Fry the products for 5-10 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
