Method:
1. Bring water to boil and place chopsticks on the pot
2. Place dumplings on top of the chopsticks
3. Put the lid back on for approx. ten minutes

Another recipe coming your way: Bang Bang Thai Chicken Dumplings Noodle Salad (Serves 2) - If you are looking for a healthier option to enjoy with the whole family, this recipe is perfect for you! Heres what you need 👇🏼

Ingredients:
1 packet of @goldenwokfoods Diana Chan’s Thai Chicken Dumplings
200g fresh thin egg noodles
½ bunch coriander leaves, extra for garnish
2 cucumbers, thinly sliced

Sauce:
4 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons chili oil 
2 tablespoons Chinkiang vinegar (or 2 tablespoons rice vinegar)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons sugar
2 cloves garlic, grated
4cm ginger, grated
1 teaspoon ground Sichuan peppercorns

Garnish:
1 long red chilli, finely sliced

Method:
1. Cook the noodles and pan fry the dumplings according to packet instructions.

2. In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the sauce and mix thoroughly. Add in the cooked noodles and mix through then add in the cucumbers and coriander and coat evenly.

3. To serve, place in bowls and top with pan fried Thai Chicken dumplings. Garnish with chillies and coriander leaves.
