A closer look on how to pair a spicy Korean rice cake’s recipe with our Diana Chan’s Korean Beef Dumplings 😋

It's that time of the year folks, with the weather constantly changing, it is time to boost your immune system with @_lizzieluvs' flu fighter dumplings soup! 👊🍲🥟

Not only is this recipe packed with nutrients, it is also vegetarian friendly!

Ingredients (serves 4)
1 Box of Diana's Vegetable Dumplings
2 tbs oil
1 onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbs fresh ginger, grated
4 star anise
4 tbs soy sauce
2 handfuls of chopped kale, bok choy or swiss chard.
6-8 cups vegetable stock
Coriander & chili oil for garnish

1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat
2. Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Pour in the vegetable stock, star anise & soy sauce and simmer for 15 minutes>
5. Add the kale & dumplings and simmer for 5-10 minutes until the dumplings are cooked.
